What began as a passion for supporting families in the earliest days of parenthood has grown into a dedicated team of trained postpartum professionals who are deeply committed to helping families navigate life with a new baby. 

Today, Bundle & Bliss is proud to serve our community with a trusted team of postpartum doulas and newborn care specialists who provide compassionate, knowledgeable support during one of life’s most transformative seasons.

Our team offers both daytime and overnight care, meeting families exactly where they are.  Whether that means helping parents get the restorative sleep they desperately need, assisting with newborn care, prepping some nutritious postpartum meals, or getting you out of the mountain of laundry and dirty dishes, our team is here to ease your family's transition.

In addition to hands-on postpartum support, we also provide one-on-one infant sleep coaching designed to help families establish healthy sleep habits while still honoring the connection between parent and child. 

Our approach is attentive, responsive, and practical for real family life.
